An important guide has been published which will be a vital resource for forestry valuers and auctioneers. The guide was written by Henry Phillips, Daragh Little, Tom McDonald and John Phelan, all leaders in forestry valuations in Ireland. The guide deals with valuation methods, international requirements, underlying land value, revenues and costs, location and site factors, forecasting future volume, discount rate, risks and how to go about a forestry valuation.
