Ireland, we are now seeking a Forestry Operations Supervisor in the North East Region to progress
their career in forestry and work with our existing experienced team of foresters and ecologists.
Our focus is on delivering the economic and social benefits of forestry for our clients and the successful
candidate will report directly to the North East Regional Manager. The Forestry Operations Supervisor
will be responsible for controlling all forestry operations in the region and will be based in our Head
Office in Dublin.

forests we develop and manage are profitable and enhance the natural environment.
Veon is headquartered in Dublin and has four strategically located offices throughout Ireland in
Wexford, Galway, Kerry and Leitrim.

The Role
- Arranging establishment, road, and harvesting operations in the region.
- Contractor supervision.
- Budget Control.
- Maintaining and updating information in the company’s computer systems.
- To assist the Regional Manager with sales from time to time.
- Ensure maintenance of Veon Health & Safety standards.

Requirements of Operations Forester Role
- Relevant Third Level qualification in Forestry or equivalent.
- Full clean driving licence.
- Excellent IT and GIS Skills.
- Self-starter with ability to work as part of a team.
- Strong organisational, administrative and communication skills.
- Deadline orientated.
